Industrial Project Marketing

If you are developing or marketing an industrial property project in Penang or Kedah, Penang Industrial helps you understand the project and target market, prepare the property information and marketing approach, reach suitable buyers or occupiers, manage enquiries and support the process through to transaction completion and property handover.

The service can support industrial developments offering land or plots, factories, warehouses and other industrial premises. Project agency appointments and formal agreements with developers are undertaken through Interealtor Sdn Bhd [E (1) 1930], with Penang Industrial providing the industrial property market focus, project marketing and buyer engagement.

How the Project Marketing Process Works

Marketing an industrial property project involves more than advertising the development and generating enquiries. The process normally starts with understanding the project, the developer’s objectives and the intended market, followed by market research, project positioning, preparation of property information and marketing materials, market launch, enquiry management, site visits, commercial discussions and transaction follow-through.

Penang Industrial works with the developer through these stages, helping to organise the property and market information, identify suitable target buyers or occupiers, coordinate project marketing and participating Interealtor RENs, manage enquiries and provide practical feedback from the market. For purchasers introduced through the project marketing process, support continues through the relevant transaction and development stages to CCC, property inspection and handover, where applicable.

The exact marketing approach, channels, information requirements and transaction process may vary depending on the project, development stage, property offering, target market and commercial objectives.
